By submitting a trade proposal, you acknowledge and agree to the following project guidelines:

• Pure Swaps Only: This is a strictly "watch-for-watch" journey. No cash or digital currency can be added to any transaction by either party.

• Proof of Ownership: All participants must provide "Proof of Life" (photo/video with a custom timestamp) before a trade is finalized.

• Shipping & Insurance: For mail-based trades, each party is responsible for their own shipping costs and must provide full-value insurance and a tracking number with "Signature Required" delivery.

• The Logbook: By trading, you agree to provide a handwritten A6 Logbook entry (template provided) to be included in the permanent physical archive of this journey.

• Media Consent: You agree that the watch and its "story" (as provided in the logbook) may be featured on the blog and social media. Personal last names and addresses will always remain confidential.

• Finality: Once the physical hand-over or mail swap is complete, the trade is considered final and binding.
